The ‘Daily Mail’ states it is reported that St. Patrick’s regalia, which was stolen in July, 130/, has been replaced intact in its original position ut Dublin Castle.
THE NEW QUAY, TRAGEDY. London, December 10. The ‘Daily Mail’ slates that_ Delay, the solicitor who committed suicide-ac New Quay, after Ihe disappearance of Mrs. Nowill, on returning to Eng- ' land, led a double life. He became acquainted with Mrs. Young in 1910, and until she wrote that she was going away, her husband was nob aware of the* Co-respondent’s existence. Yielding to his wife’s wish, Leonard Young agreed to commence dicorce proceedings. Ho was only aware that Arthur Delay was co-respondent, and he did not know Delay’s occupation or address. Delay used different solicitors to transact business in both names. He only once saw the solicitor whom ho employed in the divorce proceedings, and took humble lodgings for receiving the Court’s citation. Friends of Ids family and Ids family solicitor were not aware of the divorce suit. After Ids marriage in New York Delay settled £IO,OOO on hie wife. Delay met Mr. and Mrs. Nowilf while travelling about the time Mrs. Young left her husband. (Received 11, 9.25 a.in.) London, December 10. Delay resided in. Singapore for nineteen years, and was a prominent member of the English community and an able lawyer.

The Chapter of Saint Paul’s asks for the support of the public to prevent tho proposed tram subway being cut a few' feet from the eastern end of the Cathedral in connection with tho Sc. Paul’s bridge scheme.
