ILLEGAL RAILROADS.
A LONG-STANDING DISPUTE. (Received 12.40 p.m.) Washington, December 2. The Supreme Court has ordered the dissolution of the Merger, Union, Pacific, and Southern Pacific Railway Companies. The suit was started in 1907 by the late Mr Harriman, who was the principal defendant, and involved his interests in Salt Lake and Santa Fe. The railroads were declared illegal.
