FEILDING RACES. (Per Press Association.) Feilcling, November 30. For the Feilcling races to-day it was very wet in fhe morning, but the weather improved during the day. The course was very wet. The racing was good. The totalisator receipts were £12,919, compared with £13,383 on the first day last year. Results:— Aorangi Plate, of 100 sovs; five furlongs.—Dodger, 9.0, 1; Gazalie, 9.0, 2; Rosalys, 9.0, 3. Won by a length. Time, Irnin 6 3-ssec.
Flying Stakes, of 200 sovs; six furlongs.—Rangiatua, 6.12, 1; Crown Pearl, 8.9, 2; Obligant, 7.4, 3. Piriwa 7.3,. Peroneal 7.10, Labor Day 7.7, Lady Volga 7.3, and Winning Post 6.7, also started. Won by a long neck. Time, Imin 19 l-oeec. St. Andrew’s Handicap, of 300 sovs; one mile and a half.—Mira, 7.8, 1; Sir Solo, 6.13, 2; Ngatirnaru, 6.2, 3. Xom’nations for the Stratford Racing Chib’s rates on January 1 and 2 close with the secretary, Mr Alfred Coleman at 9 o’clock to-night. In connection with this, owners and trainers should bear in,mind that the telegraph office closes at 8 o’clock.
Long Loch won the Victoria Park Chip on Saturday, M.K. and Clarence being the other placed horses in a field of eighteen. Long Loch won by three lengths in Imin 16)see. The Brisbane Summer Cup, which was run on Saturday, was won by My Gavonni, with Black Prince second and Pan go third. Thirteen horses started, and My Govonni won by half a length. Time, 3min 3)sec. At Moorefield, on Saturday, the Moorefiekl Handicap was won by Rnhicida, from Panont and Monoplane (New Zealand). Seven horses started, and Rubicula won by a short head. Time, 2min The Stewards Mile resnlted: Firm 1, Lunella 2, Master Dix 3. Seven horses started, and linn won by a length, with, a similar distance between second and third. Time, Irnin 44sec.
At. Sundown Park (Victoria) on Saturday, the New Zealand horse John ran a dead heat with Madchen in the Jumpers’ Flat Race, Mimitic being think Seven horses started. Time, 2min 12sec. The Welter Mile was won by Prince A unit, from Holm and Lord Illinois. Eleven started. Time, Imin 44sec.
