Wailii, November 29. On the Court resuming this morning, Henry Barfoot, one of the strikers who it was alleged used a revolver in the Miners’ Hall on 12th November and who was arrested on the way to Waihi yesterday, was formally charged with firing a revolver with intent to do bodily harm. The case was adjourned till Thursday next, bail being allowed for £IOO in two sureties of £SO.
