'('he death roll at Waukegan is definitely returned at eight. Ettor, a strike leader at Laurence, Massachusetts, and two alleged abettors were found not guilty of murder in connection with the strike riots. Accused was embraced and kissed after the verdict. Tremendous interest was taken in the trial.
