The Scottish Football Union has declined to play France. Probably, England, Ireland and Wales will take similar action. THE NORTIJERX LEAGUE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) London, November 25. The Athletic News states nine New South Wales footballers are in communication with tiie Northern League Clubs, and the paper resents these transfers, contending that the positions should be occupied by British youths.
