.SPEAKER WILLIS OX TOP. Sydney, November 20. In the Assembly, Mr Moxliam win called to tie bar of the House am invited to apologise. He expressed hi; willingness., but the Speaker was no satisfied, and insisted that he must pc t 10 apology in writing. Loud cries o dissent followed, and the Speaker 01 ,-Hrecl Mr Moxham’s removal. M Wood was also ejected simultaneous].; Mr Willis alleging that Mr M ood i' terfered with the Sergeant-at-Arms r ihe performance of his duty. Air McGowen immediately mover that Mr Mox,ham’s apology be regarder ns sufficient. Mr Willis enquired whether them was any objection to taking the mo tiou now. Amid cries of “Take it now!” M Willis adjourned the debate and lef tdio chair. On resuming in the evening, M Willis practically took the business oir of the hands of the Government. Hr refused to receive the Premier’s mo lion or allow him to move the suspen si on of the standing orders, even or the score of urgency. Finally, aftei a sitting which during the afternoon and evening combined lasted forty-five minutes, the Premier gave notice of a motion of dissent with the Speaker's ruling, and immediately moved the adjournment.
