WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: There are indications for southerly strong winds to gale at times, but decreasing and veering by south to oast. Weather probably cold, changeable, and showery ; but improving gradually. Barometer rising.
