NO EXEMPTION WHATEVER
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, November 16. The Magistrates, Dr. A. McArthur and Mr W. G. Riddell, decided in a Territorial prosecution, that there was absolutely nothing in the Defence Act to excuse anyone from doing his military training because he had not taken the oath of allegiance.
