SCUTARI FOR MONTENEGRO.
Sofia, November 16. The Bulgarians captured eigity Krupp gun* at Chataldja, which are still unpacked, and only recently arrived. Paris, November 16. It is semi-officially announced that Montenegro will not consent to an armistice unless Scutari is unconditionally surrendered.
