TYPHOID IN FRUIT SALAD.
TRACED TO THE CREAM. (Received 9.20 a.m.) Melbourne, November 16. Seven ty-three thyphoid rases ai'O in the Port Augusta Hospital. The Health Oflieer believes lie lias traced the source of the epidemic. Twentytwo patients partook of fruit salad at a dance on eight hours day. The cream for the salad was supplied by an 1 o L ol, whose landlady did not attend 4he dance, and is now suffering from‘typhoid.
