BOX REYE WINS THE DERBY. (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, November 4. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s spring meeting was continued to-day in miserable weather, a cold southerly driving over the course. The going was in consequence soft, and the attendance small. Results:—

Running past Cntt’s, Ron Reve had a lead of four lengths from Gnome, who was followed by Haskayne, Brown Owl, Bon Ton and Autumnus, with Carolus last.
