WELLINGTON SESSIONS. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, November 4. The criminal sessions of tho Supreme Court opened to-day before tho Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout). The calendar is a light one. William Thomas McEvoy, a young man who had pleaded guilty at WaverIcy to charges of forgery, theft, and false pretences, was admitted to twelve months' probation, and ordered to repay the money obtained. George Leo, aged 75 years, who admitted charges of housebreaking was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. f
