Pigs commanded exceptionally high prices. 5 ips rea lised from 23s to 31s, weaners 12s Gd to 20s, calves brought 2s Gd to Bs, and i small pen of sheep 17s Gd each. The next sale promises to bo on a mncl larger scale. At the .Mart-competi-tion for poultry and cauliflowers was vary keen. Hens 2s 3d to 2s 9cl, roost ers 2s 4(ld to 3s Gd ; cauliflowers 2; 8d to 5s per doz., rhubarb 7d to 9d per bundle. Furniture and sundries at usual auction rates.
