(Per Press Association.) Waihi, October 30. Strike matters are still unsettled. The women are taking advantage ol the leniency shown them by the police and arc not abating their riotous conduct. Fourteen extra hands went on at the local mines this morning. Messrs Webb and Semple, the Federation leaders, arc duo to arrive at Waihi to-night. Out of 55 men employed on the Wuihi-Athenree branch of the East Coast railway, only twelve are now engaged.
