THE CZAREVITCH.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copy rig! it.) (United Press Association.) London, October 28. The Daily Mail’s Paris correspondent reports that Captain Chagin’s girl friend induced him to admit that a cruel'nihilist shot the Czarevitch. While the latter was terrified and running atvay the nihilist escaped and left Russia. The Times’ St. Petersburg correspondent says that a widely-credited version of the Czarevitcli’s accident is that lie struck his side against a bath tap. The rumours of a plot are baseless. (Received 11.0 a.m.) St. 'Petersburg, October 28. The Czarevitch is improving.
