WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. 1). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: — Southerly strong winds to gale. The weather will probably prove cold and showery. A very cold night with frosts inland may be expected. There is likely to be a change for the bettor after from 21 to 36 hours, Barometer firing.
