The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile* Agency'Cd., Ltd., and Reduced, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date October 18 : The market is gradually declining for frozen mutton. There is little demand for frozen lamb, and arrivals of beef are in excess of trade requirements.
