THAT TIRED FEELING. (Per Press Association.') Auckland, October 17. The position regarding the partial strike of general labourers is unchanged. The pickets are thoroughly disheartened and did not visit the workers to-day. Many of the men are tired of idleness, and are seeking work. At Huntly the mine whistles blew this morning, but tnere was no response by the miners. Many men are leaving Huntly and seeking work elsewhere.
