CONDITIONAL TO PROBATION. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, October 18. At tho Supreme Court, Thomas Maher, 17, for breaking and entering and theft, at Blenheim, was admitted to probation, conditionally on not visiting Blenheim and not smoking cigarettes for six months.
Herbert Birmingham, on a similar charge, was also admitted to probation.
