WEIGHT 11b lloz, HEIGHT 6Jin. American interest to-day is focussed upon the diminutive proportions of Russel Dailey, 12-day-old son of Miami Mrs Charles Dailey, of Philadelphia. Ho is gaining weight at the rate of 20grs a day, and medical men compute that at the end of the year, if providence spares the mite, ho should weigh at least 21 b lOoz. The mother of the. baby is not yot 16. She weighs loss than 1001 b, and is oft 2in in height. The father is not yet 17, and belongs also to the feather-weight class.
