STUD NOTICES.
Mr W. T. Bailey, the well-known horse-owner, lias purchased the line Clydesdale stallion “Montrose,” and is placing the horse at the disposal of breeders in the Eltham Mahoe and Lowgarth districts. Montrose is a finely proportioned three-year-old, by PH nee Andrew (imp.) by Brcdalbane. His dam Princess also comes from the noted Salisbury family, so that there is good blood on both sides.
