AUSTRALIA, DESTINED FOR THE
WORKERS

Mr Fisher, the Premier, referring to the forthcoming referenda, said the Government wanted mure power. It was ridiculous that it should ho limited as at the present time they wanted an able set. The Commonwealth Arbitration Court would ho put in motion as soon as any difficulty arises, no matter whether confined to one State or not. Referenda would he a purely party issue.
Touching on naval defence, he reiterated that he was convinced sooner or later New Zealand would icome into tho Australasian scheme.
Mr Holman, speaking at Oooma, said Australia was destined to bo governed by workers, and they would govern wisely and well in the interests of the community as a whole.
