humping into a car under which lie was working, the evidence showed that the usual danger flags provided, by regulation were not displayed at each cud of the car, and that it was deceased’s duty to see that they were .displayed. Deceased, who leaves a wife and child of eight years, was described as a very steady man. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
