WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. |). C. Bates) telegraphed tins afternoon as follows: —
Indications are for freshening northerly strong winds to gale. A storm area appears to bo approaching from westward. Mild and Jiazy conditions, weather clouding over; rain later. Baromter falling fast, after 20 to 21 hours.
