WAR INEVITABLE.
A TRAVELLER'S OPINION. Sydney, September 30. Professor Anderson Stuart has returned from a visit to Europe. He is convinced that an outbreak of war is inevitable, but states that it in impossible to say whether it will come to-morrow or be staved off, for a few years. The state of apprehension was quite extraordinary.
