MEETING OF EXECUTIVE
A meeting of the A. and P. Association's Executive Committee was held on Saturday night. . Present: The president '(Mr W. P. Kirkwood). Messrs R. Dincrle. J. D. Healy,. S. M. Porritt, R. McK Morison, C' E: Jackson, R. Masters, and E. Kellcher. The'tender. of Mr.Jos. Boon for, the erection of the now grandstand, at a /price of £398, was accepted. .There were two other tenders. _ The allotment of special prizes was left to the schedule committee, who meet to-night. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to all the donors of special prizes. Home Industries stewards were appointed aS follows: —Messrs F. Mario w,'R. Harkness, and A. C. Bell-ex-tra Railway stewards, Messrs C. Tnomas, J. jun., and A. C. Marr, jun.
