An army of 200,000 concentrated at Adrianoplo, Nazirii Bey directing the manoeuvres. After the revolution Nazim Bey reorganised the Adrianoplc army corps so completely that he declared he would assume the responsibility of defeating the- Bulgarians. . Rechid Pasha, Minister of Agriculture, has gone to Switzerland with his- new proposals. Should these result in peace, it is likely Turkey will then, welcome the opportunity to regain her prestige.
SKIRMISHING AT' SAMOS. Bomb outrages occurred on the Salonica train and in the monastir military club. Sharp skirmishes have been fought at Samos where the insurgents retired to the'rhdls. British and French cruisers landedi parties to protect 1 the/ Consulates. j
