CARGO PILLAGING.
A CASE OF STRAW. Dunedin, September 27. _ Owing to the piling up of cargoes in London and Liverpool, during the industrial strife, pillaging of oversea goods has been excessive. One Dunedin firm the other day .got a box consigned from Germany via London, but discovered that instead of £SO worth of binoculars, they had a case of st’-aw. The side of the case had been taken off and all the goods stolon and the case neatly re-packed.
