Constantinople, September 2C. The Porte explains that the man oeuvres at Adrianople were: intended to show that Turkey was fftlly ore pared, and thus cause the Bulgarian war ardour to abate. Diplomatists arc apprehensive that it will serve as a pretext for Bulgaria to mobilise.
