NICARAGUA.
MASSAGEE DENIED. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Washington, September 25. An official denial of the massacre of the United States marines states that the Department learns that Madero offered an amnesty to all Mexican rebels except Zapatistas. The American Government approves of the amnesty, which is likely to restore peace.
