A PAINFUL ACCIDENT,
Press Association.) Timaru, September 2G. R. Waterhouse, a cabinetmaker employee, had his right arm near ly cut off ( below the elbow by a circular saw. He had been in the habit of putting his. hand over a .10-inch saw and guide, and did the same with a new 11-inch saw. Both bone's were cut through.
