THE N.Z. DEFENCE ACT.
ANTI-CAMPAIGN IN ENGLAND TRUTH AT A DISCOUNT.
London, September 21. The "Manchester Guardian" and "Daily News" are assisting the Peace Society in an elaborate campaign against the Defence Acts oT Australia and New Zealand.
