The tour of the Springboks being finished, a few figures will prove interesting. : The : records show t"at they compiled 11,568 runs for the loss of 531 wickets—average, 21.78. Their opponents' gross tigures are 11,087 runs for 580 wicker.s—average, 19.10. After deducting 619 sundries, the figures real 5-0 wickets for 10,438 runs—average. 17.99 per wicket. S. J. Pegler (IS9) and G. A. Faulkner (165) have obtained more
