NAPIER. SESSIONS. (Per Press Association.') Napier, September 19. The Napior sittings of the Supreme Court wore continued before Justice Edwards. Charles Ellison pleaded guilty to carnally knowing a girl under twelve, and will come up for sentence to-morrow morning. Tlios. Stone, for forgery and "theft at Wairoa, was sonenced to two years' imprisonment on each offence, sentences to be concurrent. To Waha Ahipere was sentenced to fire years for carnal knowledge of a girl under sixteen. George Henry Hay ward was found not guilty < f committing bigamy. Abnvd Alexander Berry, charged,with discharging a rifle at Delia Martin at Wairoa, with intent to do grievous bodily harm, was .icr;uir:e.:„ '
