Second Edition GENERAL CABLES.

AFRAID OF ULSTER DAY

By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.; (United Press Association.) (Received 10.35 a.m.) London, September 17. The trade union leaders are perturbec at the approach of Ulster Day as there is a liklihood of unrest forcing Ha Hand and Wolff to close the shipyard at Queen's Island ,thus compelling the payment of the out-of-work benefit to thousands, and also entailing the necessity of unions discriminating against unruly members. The Home unions are considering the enrolling of members as special constables to co-operate with police in maintaining order.
