A young girl to assist is wanted by Mrs. J. S. J Lyons. Messrs. W. Diinock and Co. will receive pigs at Stratford on Monday, October 7til. Messrs VV. H. H. Young and Co. will sell 200 bead of mixed cattle at the Strathmore yards on September 20. On Saturday, October sth, Mr Newton King holds a supplementary spring horse fair at Stratford. On Thursday next, September 19th, Mr T. Lamason will conduct a sale of household furniture and effects on account of Mr T. Lawson at his residence Juliet street south. Particulars appear elsewhere. At the Stratford yards to-morrow, Mr Now con King will soil 500 head of mixod cattle. ' Also at the Stratford dairy yar.ds he will soil choice dairy cattle on v account of various clients. Intending buyers would do well to attend these sales. Tenders are invited for the erection of a dwelling house in Stratford. An advertiser has a good sheep and cattle dog for immediate sale. Entries to date for Messrs Gillies and Nalder's El chain stock sale are advertised. A lad or man, to make himself general useful, is wanted. A man to drive a grocer's cart is wanted. .Messrs Gillies and N'alder bold a stock sab' at the Glover Road yards, liawora, on Thursday, September 19. Entries to date for Messrs. Gillies and Nalder's supplementary spring horse fair, which takes place on briefly and Saturday, October 11th and 12th are advertised elsewhere. You are invited to see Moroy and Son's ready-to-wear hats. Another shipment of Johnstone's ploughs has just been received by Messrs. Mcßain and Childs, and inspection is invited. A new stock of all-over laces, insertions and net laces has just arrived at .Mercy and Son's. Tonking's Linseed Emulsion removes all the misery of sneeze and gnifll?. x
