All the Leasehold Estate and interest in that piece of land containing 460 acres (more or less), situated on the Wircrau and Kaweora Roads, in the Egmont County, being Section 17, Block VIII., Opunake Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Memorandum of Lease Number 4500, under "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," having eight years to run from the 21st day of September, 1912, at the annual rental of £l7 ss, subject to Memoranda of Mortgage Numbers 13216 and 19443, securing respectively the principal sums of £225 and £650, and interest.
