THE INFLUENCE OF EL TUBA
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Paris, September 6. A letter has been received from one of the prisoners stating that he is alone with Elglawi. Although for the others there is no immediate danger, it is essential that help should bo sent quickly. Messages received state that variou chiefs are dodging their support against El Hiba, whose exactions are causing his influence to wane. General Margin, with 4500 troops, is expected to reach Alakaresh on Saturday.
