At the Supreme Court the ease was I continued in which the native, Kohutahi Tenia, indicted for causing actual bodily harm on Percy Nicholson WaiT at KihikLhi. The verdict was not guilty. William Brewer, who failed to reI spond when his name was called at the Supreme Court sittings on Monday to answer a charge of theft of money by trick, and wlho was on remand on hail, was arrested near Pirongia at daylight this morning.
