MOROCCO.
THE COUNTRY IN A STATE OF TURMOIL. Paris, September 3. The situation in Morocco is causing increasing anxiety. Already no less than fifty-eight thousand French troops are in ti:o country, of whom *16,000 are in the western half. The whole country from Fez to Marrakesh is in a state of turmoil, and further reinforcements arc being , sent.
