London, September 3.' Wheat is inactive, 40s 3d is asked for a Victorian off-coast cargo. Liverpool October futures are quoted at 91;- cents, and December at 87g cents. Tallow.—The stock is 6847 casks, imports 5740 casks, and deliveries 1590 casks.
Copper.—Supplies are 42,078 tons, deliveries 42,320 tons, stock 50,332 tons, and afloat 56,000 tons. Tin.—£2l6 5s to £215. Stocks arc--12,213 tons, spot 1635 tons, afloat 4316 tons, and deliveries 3716 tons.
