Memorandum of Mortgage of Section 1 and Part Section 2, Block 14, Ngatimaru Survey District, registered in the Land Transfer Office at New Plymouth as No. 17874, and being the whole of the land in Memorandum of Sub-mort-gage registered No. 18990, Tarauaki Registry.
