AUSTRALIAN CRUISER.

Herr Joahnde, pf-sesident of the International Transport Workers' Union, refused to premise support to-_ the London strikers until he has received detailed reports. (Received 31, 11.20 a.m.) London, May 30. At Mr McKenna's request a deputation of employers met at the Home Office to consider Sir E. Clarke's award. The Port of London authority declined to participate in the confer ence, which threatens to prove abortive. Many strike-breakers are working at the docks and the available transport rias considerably increased. Large convoys of feed and dry good: left to-day. The strike committee is convening a special meeting of the Transport Fed oration on Saturday to arrange a national strike.. ( • The executive of the Scottish dock ers protest against the London bu reaucrats issuing a mandate to sto] all over the country and add: "V»\ will not stand in." The executive of the Sailors' ant. Firemen's Union and has circularised branches denying that the striki is authorised outside London.
