LABOUR TYRANNY. (Received 29, 10.10 a.m.) Sydney, May 29. Mr. Bell, managing director of th< North Coast Steamship Company, ii a speech, said labour tyranny must end. The labourer was worthy of hi: hire, but when tyranny and oppressio; became uppermost something mus' give way. He characterised the receni •arbitration awards as regards masters and officers a disgrace to the civilised race.
