A tienrral Rate under section 78 of “The AJ miir-ipal Corporations Act, 19118,” and of the ‘‘Rating Act, 1908,” section 14, of two and seveneighths pence in the £ on. the rateable value on the Valuation Roll of a!! rateable property within the Borough of Stratford, on the basis of the unimproved value. The above rate to be payable at the Borough Council Office, Broadway, Stratford, on the First day of July, 1.9 Iff NOTICE is also hereby given that the annual recurring special rate of one penny and seven-s.ztceutbs of a penny in the £ on the capital rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Stratford made for providing the interest on the loan of £17,900, will be payable at the office aforesaid on the date fixed in that behalf (.being the first day of August, 1912), such rate for the period above mentioned to be one penny in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value. Also, that a water rate (ordinary supply) under section 83 of “The .Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” of three ponce in the £ of annual rateable value, will be made and levied on ail lands and buildings in the Borough of Stratford, to which water is supplied, and one-half of the rate above mentioned on all land and buildings to which water can be, but is not supplied, situate within one hundred yards of any part of the waterworks and on all buildings used as stores or warehouses or for other p,yj 1* pOR OS other than dwelling houses.
