APPOINTMENTS AND ALLOCATIONS. (Per Press Association A Wellington, May 21. At a meeting of the Cabinet it was resolved to add largely to the number of weather forecast stations in the .Dominion, bringing the total number of stations up to 200. The following appointments were made:—Mr P. S. K. Macassey, to succeed Air T. Neave, as assistant law officer in tire Crown Law Office; Air T. AY. Adams, to a seat on the Canterbury College Board of Governors; Mr A. W. Hogg, to a scat on the Victoria College Council; Air J. Georgetti, for a further terra as a member of the Wellington Land Board; -Messrs Bunny, Donald, Udy, and Gilpin, members of the Wairarapa Licensing Committee; Air J. A. Marshall, Hokitika High School Board; Alessrs Mark Cohen and T. H. Harrison, trustees of the Dunedin Savings Bank; Air J. Gordon, member of the Ohinemuri Licensing Committee ; Rev. Air Summers, Auckland University College Council.
