Herr Basserman said : We must find means for a rapprochement with Great Britain.
Kerr Kiderlin stated that it war erroneous to think that Germany was opposed to the abolition to the right of seizure at sea. He commended the English system of rigorously insisting on demands which, fitted in with the British policy.
