MISS MALECKA.
SUPPOSED INSTRUMENT OF AN ANARCHIST. EXILED TO SIBERIA. (Received 20, 8.46 a.m.) Warsaw, May 19. Miss Malecka was alleged to be as fiociated wibh Philopowicz, the notorious Socialist, who used her for his correspondence. When captured he "bluffed" the guardsmen and walked into the street in an officer's coat. The audacious escape so annoyed the authorities that it is alleged that they fire vindictive towards -Miss .Malecka. Exile to Siberia automatically .follows tin sentence, and her only hope is in tin Czar's clemency.
