DUNEDIN SESSIONS. (Per Press Association j Dunedin, May 15. In the Supreme Court to-day the jury disagreed in a case in which Margaret Parker was charged with slygrog selling at St. Hilda .Accused will he retried to-morrow. CHRISTCHURCH SESSIONS. Christchurch, May 15. At the criminal sittings Wm. F. Tapling and William Davies were acquitted on a charge of carnally knowing a girl under the age of sixteen years. Ernest Edmond Needham, for^ forging and uttering a cheque for £5, was sentenced to thirty months’ imprisonment. _ ' Sadler was committed for uinlawfully using an instrument, and sentence was deferred.
